COMMERCIAL USE TOU:

You MAY NOT share, sell, or distribute these items in their original form by any means. You MAY distribute the items you make using these resources.

You MAY use my Commercial Use scrap kits to create scrap for hire pages, quick pages, brag book pages, etc. You may sell the items you create. Without exception, the finished product should be a single layer file ie merged.

You MAY NOT sell my scrap kit "AS IS" - you must make something with it and your final product must be a merged, single layer file.

You MAY NOT create element packs from my scrap kits.

You MAY NOT alter the files contained in the kit in any way. Recoloring and resizing to suit your project is permitted.

You MAY NOT claim these kits as your own. The copyright for the kit remains with the person who originally created it - me.

These items MAY NOT be redistributed in their original form by any means. You MAY distribute the items you make using these resources.

PERSONAL USE TOU:

You may not offer the scrapkit items in any other scrapkit collection, on a website, or individually, create a competing product from them to sell or redistribute, and are not allowed to trade or share these items.

You may not add to or distort, alter or re-color any graphic and claim them as your own.

Do not use these items for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.

Feel free to alter these images to fit your personal scrapbooking needs,i.e resizing,re-coloring and cropping as long as credit is given to me the designer.

If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine or other publication using these images, you must give credit to Dezigns By Amanda and show the URL of my site (http://sweetashoneyscraps.blogspot.com).

Please, do not forget to exhibit the material name.

By purchasing these graphics you are agreeing to the terms of this user license.

All items used in writing my scripts are of my own creation.  Any resemblance to another product is strictly coincidental.  Ideas for my creations may have originated from something I have seen while surfing the net, but the final products are of my own creation.
